Sake-no-wa Kobe Year-End Party (7)
I brought my own sake.
Rice is Gin no Yume.
I bought it at a sake contest in October, and I was going to open it at the last minute, but I missed the timing and thought it might be for New Year's 😅. I thought it might be for New Year's 😅.
It's sweet and tasty like a pineapple, but it has an astringent taste in the second half, so it's not a heavy sweet taste.
I think Yoohee said that this astringent taste is good.
Other CEL24s are too sweet, he said.
