Osaka💦 which was surprisingly not buried in the map of Sake-no-wa. I was determined to drink it at the Sannomiya mini offline meeting, so I opened a brand new bottle and had it👍. It's been a while since I've had it, but it's still as dry as Akizuka, and I've usually only tasted it chilled, but pyonpyon recommended that I have it hot 😁. The taste changed drastically and it became easier to drink at once and I felt the taste of Yamadanishiki. I preferred it hot 👍. I will try it at room temperature next time 🤣.

Sannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting (6) This time, instead of the restaurant's normal business hours (it is normally closed on regular holidays), we were invited to a nukazuke (pickles) party by the regulars. I've been curious about the sake ever since I entered the restaurant. I opened the bottle now, because I couldn't taste it if I kept it for later! Sweet and fruity, but with bitterness in the second half! The way the bitterness comes out in the second half is very Tasake-like. Modern but not too modern 🤔.

Good evening, Mr. Robin. This was delicious 😋. It's pretty expensive to buy and I'm glad I got to drink it 😁. I think people have a strong image of Tasake = special junmai, so there is quite a gap between special junmai and other tastes 🤔.

Sannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting (5) It's been quite a while since I've had Morishima! Sweet and tasty, but not too modern, with a little bit of sake flavor. Morishima Sake Brewery was introduced in an article somewhere that they clean the brewery 10 times a day, and I think that keeping the brewery clean is directly related to the taste 🤔.

Sannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting (4) Kido after a long time I thought I've had it before, but it was Natsuno Shippu I was drinking😅. It's refreshing, light, sweet and delicious 😋. It's a little too thin and a little too refreshing though 🤔.

Sannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting (3) Mimuro cedar seems to be a little harder to get than before. Hana-kun after a long time! My favorite Mimurosugi that I drank in the past. It was sweet and tasty just like my impression in the past. The owner and regulars are all very nice and the atmosphere is very homey! No wonder Robin-san has become a regular customer 😎. I'm using eraser marker because Yoohee is in the picture 😅

Sannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting (2) Next is Jukinmu by Eikofuji! I've been missing out on Jukinmu for a long time, so this is the first time I'm drinking it! It tasted sweet and delicious, just like Eiko-Fuji! Mr. pyonpyon said it tasted like cherries, and I thought so too! The fourth picture shows tomatoes, yams, rape blossoms, and eringi mushrooms! These are all pickles 🥒. I especially liked the eringi and yam 😋.

Sannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting (1) First Off-line Meeting in Kobe At Robin's suggestion, we had a small group this time as a trial. We arrived early, so we met up with Robin and Masha at Ikuta Shrine and went to a bar under the elevated railway tracks of Sannomiya Station for the first meeting. I drank draft beer and gari chuuhai. We moved on to the venue, Sake snacks and auns. The participants were Robin Masha Mr. pyonpyon Mr. Yoohee Five of us There were a few other regulars in the restaurant At first, we toasted with "H" by Saku Impression 🍻! Fresh, sweet and delicious 😋😋. And yet quite dry. It was as good as the last time I drank it! There were two other Saku Impression's, G and N, but the owner told me to finish the Saku after opening it 😁.

It is a stable Eikoufuji. It's a good wine 😁. Fruity, fragrant and good. It smells clearly even if you just put it close to your mouth. The taste was easy to drink, as is typical of Eikoufuji, and it was very robust. It is my favorite 👍.

I got Shiro-mayumi 😁. I ordered it because I was caught by the name, which has no deep meaning. I assumed from the label that it was Junmai, but it was Aru Soze 😁. But I think it's a good product, easy to drink and refreshing. It's not too bad, so even if you don't heat it up, it's still delicious👍.

Niigata is a sake brewery in Nagaoka! I used to go to Nagaoka for some reason, but somehow I missed it 😭 It tasted a little sweet and was a good time 👍. Oh, I would have definitely gone to the brewery if I had known 😭.

I received a bottle of Yuki no Bijin 🤣. I found it a little sweet, but it was refreshing and easy to drink. I wonder if Aiyama is the winner? I'm not familiar with Akita Sake Komachi so I don't know🤣.

The third drink of the day was a Saku 😊. This was a little strange experience, but I turned over the menu photo and drew Saku 😳I thought I would not order Saku since I often get Saku in many occasions, so I repeated the photo like playing cards and drew again and got Saku again, I thought no thanks, so I ordered the second glass of nigori directly 🤣. After that, I drew again and again, but the "Saku" was the target at a very high rate. ❗️ I was defeated and decided to have the last one 😓. Actually, it was my first time to have Saku hiyaoroshi, so I thought it was okay and drank it. Delicious👍Basically the same taste. It was my favorite of the day because it had a strong flavor but it went down easy 🤣. By the way, when I checked in this time, I uploaded a picture of Tenmei and when I checked it, for some reason, it had a picture of the crop attached to it, so I was a bit nervous 💦.

My second drink of the day was a nigori sake from Kashiwa Dew 😁. I was looking at the menu (photo) to see what to have next, and I saw that they had nigori sake! As a nigori lover, I didn't hesitate to order it 👍. It reminded me of doburoku from my recent trip to Hida Takayama! I wish I could go to the Dobrok Festival 🤣.

We were informed by the store that they had stocked a large amount of sake for a long time, so we decided to visit them! We turned over the photos of the large quantity of sake and the first sake we saw was Tenmei 🤣. It was the first Aki-agari of the season, and I was even more excited to see that it was a pure sake. As expected, the aroma was good and the taste was well balanced and easy to drink. 👍

DATE SEVEN SEASON2 episode3 (2) watch out for Suminoe style Hikoboshi Bottle Next up, Hikoboshi Bottle! This is the first time for me to drink Suminoe, so I'm looking forward to it 😊. This one also has a nice aroma👍 I thought it had a good balance of sweetness and sourness, and was very light. Compared to Orihime, this one is more refreshing and easy to drink 😁. This time, we compared the two and drank them alternately, and I thought they complemented each other nicely. I was lucky to find a good sake today too👍.

DATE SEVEN SEASON2 episode3 Katsuyama Style Orihime Bottle I was told that I could compare seven bottles when I go to the usual place, so I ordered one 😆. Katsuyama was probably my first time and I was the first, so I was lucky to have a freshly opened bottle 👍. The sweet aroma gave me high expectations! The fruity taste was nice and spread out when I drank it, and compared to Hikoboshi, this one seemed richer! Next up👍

There was a Taisho no Tsuru drink comparison, so I grabbed an order 💦. In addition, this will be my first Taisho no Tsuru 😊. The pink is Omachi, the black is Asahi, and the orange is the difference between the Omachi and Asahi rice used. Masu is pink! It's not too much like Oumachi ‼️, it's very dry and sake-like, which is a classification I'm not good at, and one that people who are strong in sake prefer 😁. Next is Kuro, Asahi, which is also spicy, but in a refreshing way. I could still go for this one. Finally, orange, which is a win for omachi no matter how you look at it 🤣. But it also has Asahi in it, so I guess it's easier to drink than pink 🙄. If you like Oumachi, I think this is a great sake for you👍.

I ordered a Junmai sake from Kurogyu. It was an oddly cold day after the rain, so I asked for it hot 👍. When I first tried this sake, I drank it cold, but it was dry and I wanted a little more sweetness, but when I saw that they stock it in cups during the winter, I ordered it hot and have been hooked ever since: ❗️ When I see this sake, I heat it up. I warm it up in the microwave for a minute or so and it tastes better because it has more alcohol and a sweeter, mellower taste 😃. It was cold that day so I ordered 2 glasses of sake 😁. Sorry for the picture, I drank it all 🙏.

We got some Yuki no Bijin 😁. Luckily, I chose an unopened bottle, so I'm looking forward to the freshness 👍. I poured it into a glass and looked at it first. It has a kind of blue glow, like the Northern Lights. Or rather, it's not completely transparent, but it's kind of beautiful. ❗️ The mouthfeel is clean, the acidity is a little bit strong, and there is a bitter taste. Overall, it is a well-balanced, easy-drinking sake, and has a summery feel to it. For a sake made with Aizan I didn't expect it to have much sweetness😊.

I was chasing two hares, so I drank two hares 🤣. Ni-Rabbit was made with Dewa Sanzan, but I felt it was a little spicy. It has some sweetness, but I think it is a sake with some complex flavor. 🙄. I have never bought much sake from Dewa Tsannin, but I wonder if it is a characteristic of this sake rice?
