Sake I brought
The label is cool 🐉.
I thought no one had ever drank it before, so I chose it at Icoma, but I thought it might be hard to leave an impression since there were many strong impact drinks 😅.
It's not too sweet, but it tastes apple-like and fresh, like raw sake.
I got the impression that it was a dry sake suitable for eating with food, but not too assertive.
I don't remember at all, but I was taken a mysterious picture of a situation I don't understand 🤣. boukenSannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting⑰.
Sake brought by a regular (I think)
I had been avoiding Garyubai because I didn't like it when I drank it for the first time😅.
This one was a little sweet and had a moderate umami flavor.
This was a taste I could drink with peace of mind 😋. boukenSannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting ⑯
I have a Sandesi goose sparkling but the date is 5 years ago😳.
Someone opened it with trepidation and drank it with trepidation, but it was properly tasty, not old, shwishy and sweet 😋. boukenSannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting (15)
I avoided "Ganki" because of its spicy image, but this one was quite sweet and delicious!
A fruity sake that will change your image of Ganki!
I forgot to take a picture of it even though it was so good, so I borrowed Robin's picture💦. ロビンThank you for the report, bouken 🙇 Sorry, this was the only photo I could find. I personally have a strong image of Ganki here, but it was very tasty and had no strange aroma even when drunk hot afterwards 👍. boukenHi Robin, ☔️
I've never seen and drank this label before 😁.
I've avoided it until now because most kanji labels are pretty spicy 😅.
Did you also heat it up 😳I don't remember at all 🙄. ロビンFound some unopened sake at a petit offline meeting!
I was a little curious about this sake because of its beautiful label😃.
It's a little dry and tasty with a refreshing acidity.
I didn't try it this time but it would go well with hot sake 🍶. boukenSannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting⑭
Next, Junmai Daiginjo from Muryozan
Polishing ratio 40
Clear, but sweet and fruity!
My memory is getting a little foggy and I forgot to take pictures or take notes💦. ロビンTo thank you for the petit offline meeting, I scouted to see if there were any more drinks I couldn't drink: ❗️
There are still some unopened bottles, but I ordered Akabu, which I was curious about, and I'm glad it's a little cloudy 😁.
The bottle was already open, but when I opened it, I heard the sound of gas.
It's a bit fizzy and tastes twice as good 👍. boukenRobin, good evening.
I don't remember much and I'm afraid I was rude😅
I didn't drink this 🤔I was going to drink Mitsui's Kotobuki and Bunkajin but I completely forgot 💦. ロビンGood evening bouken, ❗️
I'm glad you all had a good time 👍The Akabu was already opened, but there seemed to be a lot of other unopened bottles left 😁The owner still doesn't seem to know what's going on 🤣. boukenSannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting ⑬
Kido's advanced line of Muryozan
Since I tasted it at a department store?
It's sweet but quite refreshing.
I thought it had less umami. boukenSannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting ⑫
I found Sandesi of Gozenshu and drank it.
I drank this one warmed up, but it had a strong umami taste!
The avocado pickles were delicious 😋. ジェイ&ノビィHello bouken 😃
A friendly atmosphere with a side of tsukemono with friends who know each other well! This is a good way to drink 🤗.
I'd like to try the avocado pickles 🥑.
I remember having a cup of sake on a drinking train when I traveled to Kansai 🚃😌. boukenHello Jay & Nobby ☔️
It was a very fast-paced experience, with a very homey atmosphere, just like a snack store 😆.
I saw your post again and we are drinking the same thing 😁. boukenSannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting (11)
We found a 500ml sake we had never seen before!
It is a sake made by Ozaki Brewery in the Pacific Ocean.
It's light and refreshing, with a little less umami.
It's easy to drink like water!
The brewing water is Nachi-no-Taki holy water, which seems to have a lot of power 🤔. boukenSannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting 10
Koshi, the gateway to the sake swamp
I don't drink as much as I used to, partly because the liquor stores in my neighborhood don't carry much anymore.
I think it's a little spicy in Kouko.
I got the impression that it wasn't very sweet and fruity, but maybe that's because all the sake I drank this time were sweet and fruity 🤔. boukenSannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting (9)
Sake brought by a regular customer
I know it tastes good, but I don't have a chance to drink it very often.
Sweet and tasty, but with a bitter taste.
According to Choroki's review, it is better after the second day than freshly opened.
I'm drinking this much in the first hour, so I'm getting drunker than usual😇.
I wrote "petit" because it's a small group, but the amount we're drinking isn't petit at all 🤣. ポンちゃんbouken, sorry for repeating 🙏.
9 glasses in 1 hour 🤣I knew it would be a lot of drinks since we have strong members this time 😁The snacks are good too so it will go on 😉.
I'm curious about Yamagata Masamune since I haven't had it yet: ❣️ boukenHi Pon 😊
I think you were drinking at a fast pace in the beginning because of the short time interval between when you took the pictures 😅.
Yamagata Masamune is quite sweet and fruity so I think you'll like it 😆. boukenSannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting 8
I would never buy a very dry sake from Akirika myself😅.
Sake degree +16😳
I can only drink as much as I can outside 😁.
The top tank was opened in Jan 24 and the date is Feb 25 so it's been sitting in the brewery for a year 🤔.
It's heavy and has a strong umami, but it's spicy!
I drank it warmed, but Akizuka is more effective when it's heated up.
The sake warmer that you heat up on the stove looks so cute!
The fourth photo was taken by pyonpyon!
Who wants takikomi gohan? I raised my hand but didn't get it 🤣.
So I asked pyonpyon to share some with me 🙏! ポンちゃんHello bouken 🐦!
I've been looking at the previous sweet and fruity wines, but I think this one is finally coming into its own 😆👍I'm glad you can drink it because a big dry + 1 year aged wine is a hard sell to buy! boukenHello Ponchan, ☔️
I'm back to fruity again after the fall deer here 🤣.
I'm not the type to drink at home so I'm glad I did this time 😋. boukenSannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting (7)
Eikofuji Platinum, which I had not had a chance to drink until now.
The rice is Yuki-no-Megami with a milling ratio of 33%.
I think it is sweeter than Jukinmu.
I have never had this one, so I'm glad I did.
I don't dislike it, but I don't drink fruity sake that you can tell just by putting your nose close to the glass anymore.

ロビンOsaka💦 which was surprisingly not buried in the map of Sake-no-wa.
I was determined to drink it at the Sannomiya mini offline meeting, so I opened a brand new bottle and had it👍.
It's been a while since I've had it, but it's still as dry as Akizuka, and I've usually only tasted it chilled, but pyonpyon recommended that I have it hot 😁.
The taste changed drastically and it became easier to drink at once and I felt the taste of Yamadanishiki.
I preferred it hot 👍.
I will try it at room temperature next time 🤣. ヤスベェGood evening, Robin 😀
It looks like you had a fun and tasty time at the party led by Robin 😇.
We are a 2-person family, so we didn't want to have a small group meeting, but I enjoyed reading your post 😇. ロビンGood evening, Yasube!
We would have loved to have had you both join us, but unfortunately we had only a few people this time because it was a trial 💦 We hope to have a chance to hold the event in Kobe in the future👍. ジェイ&ノビィHi Robin 😃
Kansai Sake no Wa group is thriving as always 👍that sounds like fun🤗.
I didn't expect Robin to be here to fill up on Osaka sake 🍶 😆 I can't wait to try the dry heated sake with pickles 😋 🤤. ロビンHi Jay & Nobby, ❗️
We had a small offline meeting this time, but it went surprisingly well 😁.
I also didn't realize that I missed out on Osaka sake and didn't even buy it in my neighborhood 💦 It's been a while since I've had a good fall saké 👍. ポンちゃんHi Robin 🐦.
Looks like you had a great time at the Kobe offline meeting😊👍from bouken, everyone drank a lot and ate a lot of pickles😆I wish I could have stayed over 😁. ロビンGood evening, Pon-chan. ❗️
We had a small off-line meeting in Kobe, but the owner did a good job of making sure we had plenty of sake in the store. I hope we can have more members to come next time👍.
Thank you again 🙇. ゆーへーHello Robin,Â
Thank you so much for hosting the project last week.
The store and the regulars were very energetic, and we were also very excited ⤴️⤴️ ✨.
I would love to hold another Hyogo party 💡. ロビンGood evening Mr. Yoohee ❗️
It was nice to have more drinks than I expected👍This was a trial version of the Hyogo event, so there were some restrictions, but it was good 😁Next time, let's have the Hyogo party as a real event for members only: ‼️ pyonpyonGood evening Robin 😃Thanks for the petit offline meeting ❗Osaka color is on 👏👏👏👏 I think it tastes great warmed or hiya😋🍶 perfect for a food sake 👍. ロビンGood evening, pyonpyon. ❗️ I'm quite late, but I conquered Osaka 😁I was lucky to be able to drink a variety of hot sake at this petit offline meeting because we were free to drink hot sake 👍.
I'm trying out different kinds of hot sake at home too 🤣. boukenSannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting (6)
This time, instead of the restaurant's normal business hours (it is normally closed on regular holidays), we were invited to a nukazuke (pickles) party by the regulars.
I've been curious about the sake ever since I entered the restaurant.
I opened the bottle now, because I couldn't taste it if I kept it for later!
Sweet and fruity, but with bitterness in the second half!
The way the bitterness comes out in the second half is very Tasake-like.
Modern but not too modern 🤔. ロビンbouken-san, the rice wine was delicious👍This sake had the biggest impact on me out of all the ones I remember😁I wonder if rice wine tasted like this... boukenGood evening, Mr. Robin.
This was delicious 😋.
It's pretty expensive to buy and I'm glad I got to drink it 😁.
I think people have a strong image of Tasake = special junmai, so there is quite a gap between special junmai and other tastes 🤔. boukenSannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting (5)
It's been quite a while since I've had Morishima!
Sweet and tasty, but not too modern, with a little bit of sake flavor.
Morishima Sake Brewery was introduced in an article somewhere that they clean the brewery 10 times a day, and I think that keeping the brewery clean is directly related to the taste 🤔. boukenSannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting (4)
Kido after a long time
I thought I've had it before, but it was Natsuno Shippu I was drinking😅.
It's refreshing, light, sweet and delicious 😋.
It's a little too thin and a little too refreshing though 🤔. boukenSannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting (3)
Mimuro cedar seems to be a little harder to get than before.
Hana-kun after a long time!
My favorite Mimurosugi that I drank in the past.
It was sweet and tasty just like my impression in the past.
The owner and regulars are all very nice and the atmosphere is very homey!
No wonder Robin-san has become a regular customer 😎.
I'm using eraser marker because Yoohee is in the picture 😅 boukenSannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting (2)
Next is Jukinmu by Eikofuji!
I've been missing out on Jukinmu for a long time, so this is the first time I'm drinking it!
It tasted sweet and delicious, just like Eiko-Fuji!
Mr. pyonpyon said it tasted like cherries, and I thought so too!
The fourth picture shows tomatoes, yams, rape blossoms, and eringi mushrooms!
These are all pickles 🥒.
I especially liked the eringi and yam 😋. pyonpyonThanks for your help 😆🍶Thanks for the quick ❗I'm sorry I didn't take any pictures at all 😅I got some unique nukazuke and your mom is nice and Robin is your go-to person 👍This was a very spring-like taste 😋. ヤスベェGood morning, bouken!
I had an image that Jukinmu is a sake rice from Kyushu and is often used in Wakanami, but recently I have suddenly started to hear about it in sake from other regions as well😇.
Your pickles look delicious 😇 boukenpyonpyon, thank you for your hard work the other day 🙇 I'm jealous of Robin who is a regular at your restaurant.
I was so drunk in the second half of the party that I forgot to take many pictures this time 💦I envy you Robin, a regular customer at this homey restaurant 😆.
The label tasted like spring 🌸. boukenGood evening, Mr. Yasube.
Eikoufuji is interesting because it uses rice from different regions 😁.
I first learned about Jukinmu when I drank Wakanami 😊.
Nukazuke (pickles) and sake go well together 😋. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
