We found a 500ml sake we had never seen before!
It is a sake made by Ozaki Brewery in the Pacific Ocean.
It's light and refreshing, with a little less umami.
It's easy to drink like water!

I don't drink as much as I used to, partly because the liquor stores in my neighborhood don't carry much anymore.
I think it's a little spicy in Kouko.

I know it tastes good, but I don't have a chance to drink it very often.
Sweet and tasty, but with a bitter taste.
According to Choroki's review, it is better after the second day than freshly opened.

The top tank was opened in Jan 24 and the date is Feb 25 so it's been sitting in the brewery for a year 🤔.
It's heavy and has a strong umami, but it's spicy!
I drank it warmed, but Akizuka is more effective when it's heated up.
The sake warmer that you heat up on the stove looks so cute!

Eikofuji Platinum, which I had not had a chance to drink until now.
The rice is Yuki-no-Megami with a milling ratio of 33%.
I think it is sweeter than Jukinmu.
I have never had this one, so I'm glad I did.
I don't dislike it, but I don't drink fruity sake that you can tell just by putting your nose close to the glass anymore. 
ロビンOsaka💦 which was surprisingly not buried in the map of Sake-no-wa.
I was determined to drink it at the Sannomiya mini offline meeting, so I opened a brand new bottle and had it👍.
It's been a while since I've had it, but it's still as dry as Akizuka, and I've usually only tasted it chilled, but pyonpyon recommended that I have it hot 😁.
The taste changed drastically and it became easier to drink at once and I felt the taste of Yamadanishiki.
I preferred it hot 👍.

This time, instead of the restaurant's normal business hours (it is normally closed on regular holidays), we were invited to a nukazuke (pickles) party by the regulars.
I've been curious about the sake ever since I entered the restaurant.
I opened the bottle now, because I couldn't taste it if I kept it for later!
Sweet and fruity, but with bitterness in the second half!
The way the bitterness comes out in the second half is very Tasake-like.

Sweet and tasty, but not too modern, with a little bit of sake flavor.

I've been missing out on Jukinmu for a long time, so this is the first time I'm drinking it!
It tasted sweet and delicious, just like Eiko-Fuji!
Mr. pyonpyon said it tasted like cherries, and I thought so too!
The fourth picture shows tomatoes, yams, rape blossoms, and eringi mushrooms!

I had an image that Jukinmu is a sake rice from Kyushu and is often used in Wakanami, but recently I have suddenly started to hear about it in sake from other regions as well😇.

First Off-line Meeting in Kobe
At Robin's suggestion, we had a small group this time as a trial.
We arrived early, so we met up with Robin and Masha at Ikuta Shrine and went to a bar under the elevated railway tracks of Sannomiya Station for the first meeting.
I drank draft beer and gari chuuhai.
We moved on to the venue, Sake snacks and auns.

At first, we toasted with "H" by Saku Impression 🍻!
Fresh, sweet and delicious 😋😋.
And yet quite dry. It was as good as the last time I drank it!

When I looked at the pictures again, I realized there were quite a few drinks I didn't drink 😅. ロビンIt is a stable Eikoufuji. It's a good wine 😁.
Fruity, fragrant and good.
It smells clearly even if you just put it close to your mouth.
The taste was easy to drink, as is typical of Eikoufuji, and it was very robust.

I ordered it because I was caught by the name, which has no deep meaning.
I assumed from the label that it was Junmai, but it was Aru Soze 😁.
But I think it's a good product, easy to drink and refreshing.

This was a little strange experience, but I turned over the menu photo and drew Saku 😳I thought I would not order Saku since I often get Saku in many occasions, so I repeated the photo like playing cards and drew again and got Saku again, I thought no thanks, so I ordered the second glass of nigori directly 🤣.
After that, I drew again and again, but the "Saku" was the target at a very high rate. ❗️
I was defeated and decided to have the last one 😓.
Actually, it was my first time to have Saku hiyaoroshi, so I thought it was okay and drank it.

It was my favorite of the day because it had a strong flavor but it went down easy 🤣.

I was looking at the menu (photo) to see what to have next, and I saw that they had nigori sake! As a nigori lover, I didn't hesitate to order it 👍.
It reminded me of doburoku from my recent trip to Hida Takayama!
