The first sake we drank was one that is popular with fans of a certain anime 😁.
It was bottled directly from the freshly pressed bottle, so it's the first time it's been pumped 😄.

There was a bag-hanging tobin of Wakamusume, so I ordered it 😄.
It was juicy, sweet and sour, with a hint of ginjo aroma, and a bitterness that gradually comes through ✨No bitterness at all 😳.

I decided to go for a quick drink after work and went to the restaurant 😆.
I found a rare sake 👍!
It won a silver at this year's IWC and was limited to only 473 bottles 😀.
I immediately drank it and found it to be a sweet white wine 😳.

It's a very beautiful sake, as it seems to be 33% polished rice ✨.
