It has an elegant and fruity ginjo aroma with a good balance of acidity and umami ✨.
I would drink it well chilled👍 KanoThere was a bag-hanging tobin of Wakamusume, so I ordered it 😄.
It was juicy, sweet and sour, with a hint of ginjo aroma, and a bitterness that gradually comes through ✨No bitterness at all 😳.

This sake is brewed with revived rice called Benkei.
