It wasn't as strong as the other day's Kamikai, but it was very active and spilled a little 💦.
It's a stopper with a hole in it, but opening it as is would have been a disaster, so I drilled a hole in the cap and let the gas out, but it still spilled out. 🌋🤣
I know I'm borrowing from your review, but it looks like doburoku with some grains of rice left in it.
I don't know if it's because of that, but it's like eating rice. It tastes like green apple and melon. The alcohol content is high, so it has a strong alcohol taste, but it has a cream soda feel to it. It has a crisp and sharp taste.
I paired it with umeboshi (pickled plums), which Mr. Manachie mentioned, and it went well with it, perhaps because it tastes like rice 🤣. ハリーGood morning, bouken 😀
