It seems to be for hot water only, but it can go all the way. Very tasty. The sweetpotato taste. The aroma is wonderful. It is not sharp and easy to drink straight. Even when it is watered down, the aroma is not destroyed and it has a good sharpness.

Okura "Bakkarai" Special Junmai Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake It is a very cost-effective sake, costing about 2,500 yen for a bottle. As the name suggests, it is perfect for a mealtime sake. It is not enough for those who are looking for flavor and aroma, but it is great for a leisurely, casual drink at home. I don't think I'll repeat it because I'm looking for flavor and aroma.

The sake that got me hooked on sake. About 20 years ago? I buy sake about once a month, but I prefer to buy sake that I've never had before, so I don't have many chances to repeat my purchase. I've been craving some tazake, and I was lucky enough to find an Aomori pop-up store at Hankyu Umeda station that featured a weekly event. I haven't bought it in about 10 years. Well, it's a long story, but anyway, it's delicious. It is the best sake, too stable and well-balanced. I'll be buying it again.

The first sake of the year. It was served as a sacred sake. It was light cloudy, low in acidity, crisp and clear, and extremely delicious! It is not thick, but really refreshing, with a gorgeous aroma and a good balance that makes it a good mid-meal sake! It was a great sake!

Too good to be true. It is thick and juicy, but thanks to its drinkability, it can be used as a food wine, and has a great mouthfeel and aroma. A great sake! Beautiful even without the sauce. Really good sake. Love it!

Shochu. It is not sake, so this is a personal record. Yachiyoden Shuzo is located in Kagoshima, Japan. It is the strongest brewer in recent years. The aroma is gorgeous. The taste is clear but rich. It has a sweetpotato taste.

I drank it for the first time. It's a very nice sake! It seems juicy and robust, but it goes down easy! It's also great that it can be used as a food wine. It's also great that it can be served as a food sake despite its strong flavor. And best of all, the price is under 3,000 yen. It's a very good sake! If you come across it, please try it!

It is considered rare, but not that rare. If you can find it at a cheap place, you can have it as a commemorative drink. It is refreshing but a little sweet. I don't recommend it as a food sake. I would drink it only as a footprint.

Cedar cider for the first time in a long time. It's an excellent sake. It's a fizzy and shwashy type, just like summer. It has a subtle fruity flavor. I love it because it has a sharpness that makes it perfect for a mealtime drink. This is my first post, but I hope it's not too rude.
