I bought this at a sake shop tour by bouken & Nemuchi.

We went into the store in groups of 3 and all 3 bought the same sake.
We all bought the same sake 😁.
I think the owner was a little bit disappointed... 🤣.
We put a toothpick in the cap hole
and let the gas out a little at a time...
No spillage in about 5 mins...
I was able to open the bottle without any problems. 😮💨
It was not Junmai but Aru Soze.
It's delicious enough 😋.
The texture of the rice is still there on the lees.
Rich sweetness 🤤 and
Moderate acidity like calpis 😳
Light stimulation from the schwabich ✨.
This would be delicious no matter who drinks it: 👍🤣‼️
