きっしーAn acquaintance sent me an insta-picture of "Senkou Sakura" from a certain sake store and told me that it looks like it has Senkou in it, what! It's already out? I immediately called Kuboyama Sake Brewery to confirm that it had arrived, but they had just received it and had not even opened the cardboard box yet. I was asked how I knew they had it when they hadn't even uploaded it on their Instagram yet.
I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of spring sake it will be, only for Senkou 🧡.

The aroma is faintly fresh and sweet. Yup! Delicious 🧡The balance of refreshing sweetness and sourness is spring-like🌸The alcohol content is low and refreshingly fruity, so it is easy to drink. I wonder if this slushiness is not enough for some people? I also like sake as refreshing as this one 🧡🧡.

The subtle sweetness and clean acidity of this Senkou makes it easy to drink more and more 💛 Personally, I prefer this kind of sweetness and fruity refreshment, but some people might say it lacks a little depth of flavor.

The aftertaste has a slight bitterness and astringency, and it finishes quickly.
The price seems to be a little high, but it comes in easily, and you can drink it easily.

After discussing with the staff at the Kuboyama Sake Store, we chose a dry sake called "Drunken Whale," which has become a standard.
I had some trouble with "Daishinshu" and "Yokoyama", but I decided to go with "Drunken Whale" because it's clean and refreshing.
