We bought "Sairai Usukiri" a long time ago, but we got "Sairai Hana Sumi" at Kuboyama Shuyuan the other day, so we opened the bottle💛.
I knew it was good ⸜(*ˊᗜˋ*)⸜.
I like the balance of sweetness and sourness💛It's fresh and fruity, which I really like💛The aroma is almost like sweet coconut.
I wonder if it would go well with the stewed hamburger steak I'm making tonight with demi-glace sauce from the wine.
