The time has finally come to open the bottle of "Jigin", which we had purchased at Kuboyama Sake Shop a long time ago. Jikin" needs no further explanation, it's sure to be delicious💛. I opened this bottle because I have a bottle of "Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki Unfiltered Nama" that I've been borrowing from the fridge at work, and I've accumulated enough points on my "Kuboyama Sake Shop" loyalty card to purchase another bottle of "Jikin" 🎶. Drinking Jikin makes me happy💛

It's time for Senkou's "Kabutomushi"💛 It's a fresh and tart sake with a moderate sweetness. It has a fresh and refreshing mouthfeel that makes it easy to drink, and if you are not careful, you will soon run out of it. This time I drank it in a red wine glass, and the aroma was clearly more pronounced than the usual white wine glass 💛The sweet, fruity aroma tickled my nose far more than the flavor 💛. I think I'll drink it in a red wine glass from now on. But if I'm not careful, the glass is so big that I tend to lose track of how much to drink...(I checked the size of the glass and it was big enough to hold a whole 4-gallon bottle...)

Purple Gacky 🟣"Instrumental Masamune Mixed Jojo Oumachi"💜 today! Omachi from the mixed brew series🎶. Fruity aroma 💜Refreshing taste that lives up to the aroma💜. As expected of Gakki 🎶. The sweetness spreads in the mouth along with the refreshing aroma💜The sweetness spreads together with the acidity. But the sweetness is also refreshingly sweet💜This balance is exquisite 🎶. This flavor is probably a white peach type 🍑. I think it's somewhere between pear🍐 and white peach🍑. Gacky is still the best💜.

This time, I went to "Yamashiroya" for the first time. I bought it on the recommendation of my brother at Kuboyama Sake Shop 🎶I need to explore new things, you know. When I opened the bottle, there was a slight sweet aroma, but it disappeared soon after. It is not very fragrant, is it? Even when I poured it into a glass, the aroma didn't stand out that much. When I put it in my mouth, I was surprised. Oh (*PO*) oh...:+P. ::.+P Is it sweet at first? The sweetness spreads on the tongue, but the acidity immediately overrides it and turns it into a calm and refreshing sweetness! The sweetness is quick to spread on the tongue, and then the acidity overtakes it and turns it into a calm and refreshing sweetness. It is like a change from ripe sweetness to refreshing sweetness 🧡 Naturally, there is no sweetness that lingers until the end. I think I've had all kinds of "Kankoume" seasonal sake 🧡 Polar bear, owl, rabbit, and now penguin 🧡 They were all delicious, so I'm comfortable with my choice 🎶 this time too! Yesterday, there were only a few bottles of "Hayaseura" left, so I decided to open another bottle. It was hard to throw away "Kankoubai NATSU SAKE" and Purple Gakky, which I bought at the Kuboyama Sake Shop just before closing time on the weekend, and I had a hard time deciding which one to buy, but I decided to go with "Hiran" this time. It is a limited edition collaboration with Aishu Sake Cream, so it has a special feel to it, and my expectations were high 🎶When I poured it into the glass, it was a little cloudy 🧡It smells fresh and sweet 🧡 When I put it in my mouth, it is a pineapple 🍍🧡 It is refreshing and moderately sweet. The fresh and moderate sweetness is combined with a moderate sourness, and the pineapple spreads in the mouth 🍍🧡This is delicious and beyond expectations 😋There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, but it is not a disagreeable bitterness, but a bitterness necessary to accentuate the pineapple feeling. Today we have "Chiebijin Special Junmai Bizen Omachi" 🎶. Aromatic aroma as soon as the bottle is opened 🧡. The taste is very typical of Omachi with a firm flavor. It has sweetness, but the acidity is much stronger than the sweetness. It is not so much refreshing as it is firm, which is probably only possible with Omachi. Apparently, this sake has an alcohol content of 15%, but it seems to be a pure sake. It is amazing that it is 15% without any added water.

On Monday, I went to a certain sushi restaurant for a consolation party with my business partner. We had delicious sushi and sashimi, and drank sake that we brought with us! This time, we brought in "Ryugasawa Junmai Daiginjo Natsu no Nama Shu" and "Toyo Bijin"! We also drank "Tenbi" since it was available at the restaurant! We also drank "Koshino-Kanme" in a blue bottle. This "Toyo Bijin" was sweeter than I had imagined. The "Ryugasawa Summer Nama-zake" I brought with me had a refreshing sweetness, so I guess I felt it was too sweet by comparison. In the end, my business partner seemed to prefer the lighter type and drank only a little of this Toyo Bijin, so I brought the rest home and drank it by myself 🧡. It has a mild, full-bodied sweetness, and I personally felt it was "Oze no Yukidoke" type.

Opening a bottle of "Sairai Sara the starry night Vesper" 🎶. I wondered what this aroma was. I was wondering... Is this yogurt? Lactic acid type aroma? If you think so, the taste is also yogurt 🎶 sweet and sour yogurt 🎶. I see what you mean 🧡The sweetness is moderate, but the acidity is strong, which makes it feel even more like yogurt 🧡The alcohol content is low at 14%, and the slightly sparkling and slightly fizzy taste makes it even more refreshing 🧡. Today is my first time to buy "Sentori Hope I". I had seen it last year but didn't buy it, so I thought this is the year to buy it 🎶. It is an assemblage of Kame-no-o, Yamadanishiki, and Omachi 🧡. As soon as I opened the bottle, I could smell the fresh aroma that is typical of Senkou 🎶. The taste is sharp and less sweet than other Sentori 🍈. Oh(*PO *)oh. It's not dry by any means, but this is a lighter flavor that can be enjoyed by those who prefer dry sake. It's not dry, but it has a light, refreshing taste that can be enjoyed by those who prefer dry sake. The back of the bottle says "STOP WAR" and mentions the war in Ukraine. I hope the war will end soon.

Yesterday was the last day of April work🧡. The results of my physical checkup came back, and I was relieved to see that my liver function (ALT, AST, γ-GTP), uric acid level, cholesterol, and blood pressure were all "A" (*^^*). As GW starts tomorrow, I opened another bottle of sake today🧡. This time it's my first time drinking Gakki mixed sake🎶! The Koji rice and Kake rice are Yamadanishiki and the Yondan is Aizan. It has the fruity taste that only Gakki can have, but it is a little sweeter, maybe because it has Aiyama in it? And I think there is a slight bitterness that lingers afterwards. I'm going back to Yokohama for GW tomorrow, so I'll probably drink the other half in a week. I wonder how it will taste?

This is "Sairai Hanasumi" 🧡 that I bought a while ago 🎶 and now it's time to open the bottle 🎶. It's a special junmai, but it tastes like a junmai ginjo 🧡. Fruity taste like melon🍈 and pear🍐 🎶. Not too sweet, refreshing sweetness, good balance with acidity and this freshness 🧡 Not too thin, not too thick, drinkable type 🧡. I like the balance of the acidity and the refreshing taste. Yesterday, I went to pick up "Shinshu Kamerei" and "Sentori Hope" that were on layaway at my favorite sake store, Kuboyama Sake Shop. Yesterday was a business trip, so I couldn't drink sake, but I looked for small bottles to drink a little. I found "Kido Sparkling" and "Kuroryu Itchorai", so I bought them to try. It says "brewing alcohol" on the back, so I guessed it was an alcoholic honjozo? Well, it's cheap, so I guess that's what it is. It tastes like more alcohol.... The "Kuroryu Doroguchi" from the other day is much more expensive and easier to drink! The aroma is the same, though, with a hint of melon🍈 (^-^) I fell asleep in the middle of the drink, so I couldn't drink much... (I was so disappointed....

I have only had "Yamamoto" and "Otters" as real sparkling sake, but I didn't like them very much, so I was skeptical this time, too. This Kido is also equipped with a cork stopper like champagne. Slowly slowly opened the bottle 🎶. Successfully opened the bottle without blowing out ✌️. Now let's see how it tastes. Well, it has a strong flavor of rice at the bottom of the bottle. The sweetness is moderate and the taste is sharp. Personally, I prefer microbubbles to sparkling, and this was the moment when I was able to confirm it again. Sparkling is not for me after all. But I think people who like champagne would like it. This is just my impression when I drank it as a sake, so as a sparkling category, it's not bad! This is what it is, so I guess it's good for celebrations 🤔.

Today is the day before Monday's operation, but we moved and stayed overnight to get in the day before. I try not to buy alcohol on the days I stay overnight, but today I wanted to drink some, so I brought some from home 🧡. Today I'm bringing in "Gakki Masamune Mixed Junmai Ginjo Dewa Sanzan" 🧡. Gakkies are delicious, but the Kuboyama Brewery, which I work with, doesn't carry any unusual types of gakkies, so I've only had the common ones. When you open the bottle, the ginjo aroma reminds me of melon from the bottle 🧡The taste is indeed gacky🎶I can feel the alcohol, but it's not a bad alcohol feeling. The sweetness is moderate and refreshingly fruity 🎶I think there is a bit of bitterness in the background just to cut through the sweetness. I recently made a new sake friend who enjoys sake, and he is sensitive to bitterness, and he points out the bitterness that I don't detect, so I'm kind of becoming sensitive to bitterness! It's been a while since I've had an Akabu 🧡 This is the first time I've had a sake future🎶. I love Akabu because it has a nice aroma and a good balance of flavors 🧡I used to drink it a lot since I used to live in Morioka, but since coming to Shizuoka, I have been buying sake from other prefectures with guns, so I don't get to drink it as often... As soon as you open the bottle, you can smell the sweet aroma 🎶 and the taste in your mouth is unique to Akabu 🎶. It's my first time to drink sake made with Sake Mirai, but it's sweet...(*^^*) It's more moderate than Aizan, but it's quite sweet 🧡 The aftertaste is refreshing and the bitter taste is refreshingly erasing. I still think Newbone is good ✨I'm getting the itch to drink some other Akabu again! But my fridge at home is in trouble, and "Hanayo" will be coming in next week, so I guess I can't buy anything new for a while longer...(Polish Polish) Oh, a bottle of Masariya's hanpukai will be delivered too ......(Polish Polish) I wonder if I can put some more at work.... Today we have "Beau Michelle" for the first time in a while. A sake friend of mine saw the cute label and wanted to drink it, so we decided to drink it together and bought "Cotton Candy" at the Kuboyama Sake Shop🎶. The cap is perforated, so you would expect a lot of fizz, but when I tried to open the bottle, I was surprised at how much fizzier it felt than I expected. The aroma is deliciously sweet.(*^^*) I imagined it would be quite sweet, but when I put it in my mouth, I was surprised! The crisp acidity freshens up the sweetness, and the fizz helps, too, making it pretty fresh! And at 8% alcohol by volume, it's super low! As the temperature rises a bit, I wonder if the bitterness will become more pronounced. It tastes like a combination of grapefruit, plum, and yogurt. I ended up finishing a bottle... an expensive bottle, I guess...
