Today is the last day of my New Year holidays.
I drank so much during the New Year's holidays that I'm going to have to take a rest day from tomorrow (laughs).
The last drink was Nagasaki's Fukuda, and I feel like I've had more opportunities to drink Nagasaki sake lately.
The smell is sweet with a hint of rice in the air.
When you put it in your mouth, there is a lot of sweetness (*^^*), but at the same time, there is a solid, deep spiciness or alcohol feeling that spreads to your mouth. It's a Junmai Ginjo, but it's not too refreshing. It's a bottle of unfiltered unpasteurized sake with a firm, yet fresh taste that spreads to your mouth. You can feel the depth of the flavor.
