I have been absent from posting for over a month 😓. It took me a while to empty a bottle and I was in the hospital for 10 days to have surgery. I am now fully healed and discharged from the hospital ㊗️, so I am opening this bottle 💁. Nice aroma of Tasake. Slightly weaker attack than Tokujun. Easy to drink. It's been a long time since I've had this. Delicious! It's a good enough drink for the special feeling of being discharged from the hospital 😋 and a bit pricey. Now I can't wait to see which stock I'm going to serve for the holiday season and what I'm going to do with the snacks 😂.

It's been a while since I've posted ^ ^ I've been sick since the day after I last posted, and I haven't recovered from a cold for a month 😓I've never had one that lasted this long. My tonsils got infected, I had a fungus in my throat, it was really tough 😱. I've been sober for a while and resumed drinking 🥹 for a long time. Well, I opened a bottle of stock from 6 months ago. This is the first Sentori since Kabutomushi. I shook the lees a little and when I opened it, it blew up. It is a pretty intense sake. The taste is not so noticeable due to the strong schwash 🤔It is refreshingly sweet and tasty. The snacks were yakitori, sashimi, chikuzen-ni and boiled spinach. I have hardly had a day off since April😭I will get a compensatory day off next week, so I will be resting my bones in Kamakura🍶♨️

I had a good thing today, so I'm opening the bottle even though it's a weekday 😆. I drank the red label last year and didn't like it much.... But I bought this one because it was cloudy. The overall flavor is similar to the red label, but I like the slight sourness that stands out 😋. I also feel the heat that is typical of sake when it goes down my throat. This one is good 🤔. I paired it with hapoho chai and fried beef hormone and karaage from Matsuno butcher store.

I recently purchased a large quantity of new sake, these are the standard popular sakes. This time I opened this bottle😋 and drank Akabu for the first time. It has a watery mouthfeel with a refreshing acidity. It is not so sharp, so I thought it was really easy to drink. It is light, so you can drink it even on weekdays. I had it with pork hot pot with tonkotsu (pork bone) soup. Now, let's open a bottle for the New Year's holiday 😁.

Opened this bottle as the guard breaker was available 😊. I bought this one a year ago. That time was when I discovered Yokozeki and Mishimaya Sake Shop, and I had been looking at so many different kinds of sake that I had forgotten a ton of them ∑. Taste... Moderately dry, it tastes like water in the mouth at first. The sharpness and umami of sake comes at the same time as it goes down your throat. Easy to pair with meals 😋. Sashimi of tuna and yellowtail as a side dish. I wonder how it will taste when it is heated up!

It looks like summer is finally over. I heard that the hot weather will last until this week, so I have to open a summer bottle 😠. I was attracted to something called "white koji brewing" and bought it out of curiosity. When I looked it up, I found out that white koji brews sourness. I wanted to try a white koji once since Niimasa is famous for it 🧐. Taste... The acidity stands up, but it is not sweet. I've only had acid + sweet before, so it's a new taste for me 😋 The sake feeling comes afterwards. Easy to drink but not crazy light 🤔. I'd like to open a sweet one next time since I'm out of rainfall. The snacks were claypot meat and soba noodles from Watanabe Seimen, given to me by a relative.

Yesterday, I had a Shizuoka Branch alumni meeting of my university and drank Garyubai, but I forgot to take a picture. I was having too much fun. Now, the hot days are still continuing. I bought this sake casually sometime ago. I opened it to cool off. It tastes good, but it has almost no sake feeling 😆 or rather, it doesn't feel like sake. The lemon acidity is nice, but I felt it was a bit sweet, so I had it on the rocks and enjoyed it.

This is a bottle of Kabutomushi that I bought when I bought the bottle of Kabutomushi. I have some souvenirs from Yamanashi, but it was kind of hot, so I opened the bottle thinking I wanted something sparkling. I was looking for something light and cloudy with a good effervescence. Sengame's Karukubaru was too heavy for me, but this one was fine 😆. It has a sweet taste in the mouth, and it is not too much on the nose, so you can drink more and more of it! It is sweet at first but has a slightly dry aftertaste. I think it is a good sake for summer. The price was a little high because it is a daiginjo. I paired it with fried lebanila, but it would go well with any dish. It takes three weeks to empty a four-pack, but the fizz doesn't keep that long...

Kabuto, this is my second submission. The first bottle was a gift, this one is for myself. It's a reward for a job well done this week 😆 It's my recent routine to open a bottle after a hard day's work. No, it's delicious 😋. It is crisp while retaining the unique flavor of sake. The acidity is nice! It seems to go well with any snacks. I bought it on Maru's recommendation and it was the right decision ^ ^. I usually don't drink even one cup of sake, but I drink too much 😵🍺. The entrée is sauteed with olives and garlic. I bought black garlic because it was cheap, but I didn't know what to do with it, so I put it here 💧.

I forgot to upload this. I've been buying a lot of Hiran recently. After drinking it, I noticed the label on the back of the bottle. It's like a fruity sweet and sour adult juice with 14% alcohol. I want to drink it again.

Sairai is still delicious ♥️ This time it was a refreshing fruity type with well-balanced acidity and a little bit of lactic acidity ❤. This level of lactic acidity is totally acceptable. 💕︎ I'm not a fan of too much lactic acidity, but it's not bad lol.

Very easy to drink! I'm not a strong drinker by nature, so I guess I like this kind of drink after all. A slight fizzy feeling comes at first. Reminiscent of the taste of Tasake Yamahai that I drank last year? It is lighter and silkier than Tasake. I had it with oden, beef stew, and yaki-sai. This was my first visit to the Kuboyama Sake Shop in Shimizu-Anbara. Never knew there was a place like this on my way to work until now! I was looking for something hot to drink, but they had a very good selection of draft sake, so I bought some on impulse.

I found "Mansaku no Hana" at Kuboyama Sake Brewery and bought it ❤I don't remember Kuboyama Sake Brewery ever selling "Mansaku no Hana". When I was in Tohoku, I used to drink this brand often, and I recommend it among Akita's sake, including its cosmetics. ☝️ I had high expectations for this "Manzaku no Hana" because it is a direct-drafted, unpasteurized sake, and I was excited. It was a bottle that did not betray my expectations. The fruity, not-too-sweet, acidic and refreshing taste that reminds me of lychee with a fizzing sensation that pops and pops is still delicious. I wish I had bought another bottle...lol

Last week, we received a notice from Kuboyama Sake Shop that Jikin is in stock ❤. Finally Jikin ❤ It's been a long time since I've had a Jikin ❤ I immediately opened the bottle and transferred it to a 4-goupe bottle for storage. I don't need to tell you how it tastes 💕 Delicious❤! I love the balance of this refreshing sweetness and acidity ❤. It's unfiltered, so it's got a great umami, and I wonder if there's a sake with such a good balance 🎶. Happy weekend ❤💕💕💕💕

This time, Akabu is the Xmas version, so it should have been drunk at Xmas.... I missed the chance to drink it at the end of the year because of various reasons... But this time, I opened it and realized how delicious Akabu is... ❤ This is pineapple juice 💕 It's very similar to Huayangbao 💕. It has a perfect balance of sweetness and sourness that is refreshing and not too sweet, and the bitterness follows the sweetness and washes away the sweetness in a refreshing way. This is a slurpable pineapple🍍 ❤❤❤❤. I want to drink another bottle 🎶.

Happy New Year! 🎍 We look forward to working with you in the New Year. 🙇🏻 I was actually going to make the closing post for 2022 on New Year's Eve, but I couldn't access Sakenawa, so I changed it to the first post of the New Year. I will be at my wife's parents' house on 12/30 and then go straight to New Year's Eve. I had to go to a famous restaurant in Shimizu to get a bottle of Senkou. It has quite a lot of ochre. The aroma is mild. It's hard to describe, but it's a bit semi-citrusy. Surprisingly, it has a strong gaseous taste. There is a refreshing sweetness and a crisp acidity. The umami is strong. The acidity is cut off early, and the umami continues until the end. The umami acidity gives the impression of being quite unusual. It is dry and perfect for strong dishes at the end of the year and at the beginning of the year. Now, after returning to Tokyo in the evening, I will open that sake I have been keeping....
