It's Christmas today, but I'm going to have a lonely Christmas by myself because I'm working alone.
To drown my loneliness, I was watching the movie "Character" on DVD and tasting the rest of "Akatake NEWBORN", but I couldn't get enough of it, so I opened a bottle of "Kamenoumi Hosoyuki".
The staff at the store told me that it was a fruity, lightly fizzy beer, so I had high expectations (laughs).
I smelled the bottle when I opened it, but... hmm? It didn't smell very good...
I poured it into a glass and checked the smell again. Oh, it smells like the Akatake that I just smelled.
This is promising! And the taste... -*¨*-. ¸🎶🎼
It's a little sweeter than Akatake NEWBORN, but the bitterness is less than Akatake, and the sourness cuts through the sweetness.
I don't know if it's ramune or what. It has a gorgeous, refreshing taste and you can drink it all the time, so this is definitely more to my liking than the Kamenoumi Junmai Ginjo Yuyake Kouyake I drank before this 💛
I have to be careful with this one because I can keep drinking it (lol)

Day 2 of opening the bottle and the slight rhumminess is still present. The sweetness is still there, but the acidity makes it easy to drink neat 💛
Today I bought "Shinshu Kameari Hitogochi" and "Fukuda Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Raw Sake" at Kuboyama Sake Shop 💛
