This is Yamadanishiki Unfiltered Nama-shu from Shinshu Kamerei.
I don't have to tell you this already 🧡.
Shinshu Kamerei is nothing short of delicious! A little on the sweet side, but with a wonderful, fresh, pear-like aroma and taste!
Now the stock of Shinshu Kamerei in the fridge is gone, but I've reserved the next bottle, so it should be ok w🧡.

Shinshu Kamerei is very popular, so even if it comes in, it will be gone soon. You can make a reservation at the Kuboyama Brewery where I buy mine 🧡 They save it for me when it comes in, so I never miss out on anything 🧡.
