An acquaintance sent me an insta-picture of "Senkou Sakura" from a certain sake store and told me that it looks like it has Senkou in it, what! It's already out? I immediately called Kuboyama Sake Brewery to confirm that it had arrived, but they had just received it and had not even opened the cardboard box yet. I was asked how I knew they had it when they hadn't even uploaded it on their Instagram yet.
I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of spring sake it will be, only for Senkou 🧡.

The aroma is faintly fresh and sweet. Yup! Delicious 🧡The balance of refreshing sweetness and sourness is spring-like🌸The alcohol content is low and refreshingly fruity, so it is easy to drink. I wonder if this slushiness is not enough for some people? I also like sake as refreshing as this one 🧡🧡.
