Hatsukame, on sale on February 14, is a limited-edition unpasteurized sake only available once a year! They don't usually make Hatsukame raw sake. In that sense, it's really a once-a-year experience, so for the first time this year, I pre-ordered it!
I went to collect it today! There were other good sakes as well, so I grabbed three bottles of W.
It tastes so good!
It's not only fresh and crisp, but also has a strong flavor, not too rich, but fresh, but not thin. It's different from the sweetness-oriented products that are popular these days. It has a strong sourness and a freshness that is not fizzy 💛
I drank it immediately, as the sake brewery's commitment is to consume it within a month.
I'll buy it again next year if I'm in Shizuoka 💛

Good evening, Kissi-san❗️
So, Hatsukame is basically only fire-roasted 😮❗️It's a unique pleasure to work in Shizuoka😍.

It's certainly a unique way to enjoy Shizuoka!
It's not rough, but the freshness is great🧡
