This time, I purchased "Kosu-Mori".
I had been interested in this sake at Kuboyama Sake Shop for a while, but never got around to purchasing it.
This time, I bought the Junmai Ginjo (*^^*).
As soon as I opened the bottle, there was a nice fizzy sound 🎶.
I poured it into a wine glass 🍷 and checked the aroma 𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒄𝒌
When you take a glass with a little bit of ori in it to your mouth, you will feel the slight sweetness and the umami of rice that only ori garaami can give you, and at the same time you will feel a fizzy feeling, the bitter taste will wash away the taste in your mouth 🎶This bitter taste is natural and not unpleasant 💕.
The alcohol content is 14%, so it is very light and easy to drink.

I love "Sentori", but this time I bought "Senkohana" a while ago.
The bottle is transparent so it's not in focus...
The rice is an assemblage of Omachi, Yamadanishiki and Kame-no-o ♥️.
It's a sweet, sour and fruity sake with a refreshing sweetness.
I'm sure I'm not the only one who can't help but drink too much because it's so easy to drink, just like Sentori.

We went to a sushi restaurant run by an old lady in the Izu countryside and had sashimi of sea bream, lobster, and abalone, tokobushi, fried river shrimp, and braised sea bream while enjoying sake kappa kappa 𐤔 Local wasabi is also delicious without a hint of spicy flavor.

I was also surprised at the difference in aroma when poured into a wine glass. When you enjoy the aroma in a wine glass, you can smell a very sweet aroma, but when you put it in your mouth, you feel much less sweetness than you imagined, and the acidity is much stronger, which was surprising.
