I love "Sentori", but this time I bought "Senkohana" a while ago. The bottle is transparent so it's not in focus... The rice is an assemblage of Omachi, Yamadanishiki and Kame-no-o ♥️. It's a sweet, sour and fruity sake with a refreshing sweetness. I'm sure I'm not the only one who can't help but drink too much because it's so easy to drink, just like Sentori. I thought I controlled it by using a white wine glass instead of a red wine glass so as not to drink too much...but...it doesn't stop, does it?

I was told by Kuboyama Sake Brewery to be careful of the fizz when opening the bottle, so I thought it would be the shwashy type, but it's not at all... (Polish Polish). I thought it was a sparkling type, but it wasn't at all...(Polish) Oh well...maybe the proprietress explained it wrongly. Oh well, whatever. The taste was completely different from my imagination, it was not fruity, on the contrary, it was a mellow and heavy sake. It had a deep flavor and sweetness. I wonder if this kind of sake goes better with dishes with strong flavors.

This time it was sake at a consolation party with my business partner! We went to a sushi restaurant run by an old lady in the Izu countryside and had sashimi of sea bream, lobster, and abalone, tokobushi, fried river shrimp, and braised sea bream while enjoying sake kappa kappa 𐤔 Local wasabi is also delicious without a hint of spicy flavor. We almost emptied the 3 4-goupe bottles of "Saku Enochi", "Senkou Modern Omachi" and "Yamamoto Junmai Daiginjyo Setagaya Blue" shown in the photo. But we didn't get drunk the next day 🎶After all, good sake doesn't leave a residue 🧡 . *. Saku" is also stable and fruity, with a wonderful aroma and taste that is unlike any other sake 🧡 . *The label on the back of the bottle says it's a pear type 🧡 . *゜

I've been having a hard time drinking these days because of the work at the beginning of the term... (Polish) I managed to drink a little this weekend, so I opened my first bottle of "Sentori Akatombo" 🧡 . *゜ It was a close call because it was the last one to be purchased. The taste is refreshing and super sweet, with a strong acidity and not so strong bitterness. With the aroma coming from the bottle when you open it! I was also surprised at the difference in aroma when poured into a wine glass. When you enjoy the aroma in a wine glass, you can smell a very sweet aroma, but when you put it in your mouth, you feel much less sweetness than you imagined, and the acidity is much stronger, which was surprising. On the second day, I felt a little more sweetness, but the acidity was still quite strong and I did not feel much change in taste. It was a different bottle from my usual Sentori! I felt this was possible 🧡 . *.

Today we have "Kankombai AKI" 🧡. Kankombai is a brand that I often drink because I like its refreshing sweetness 🎶. I didn't hesitate to buy this time's owl too! Polar bears, rabbits, penguins, owls, and seasonal kangen-ume 🧡. The result is as expected 👏. The aroma is clean and refreshing 🧡The taste is just as clean and sweet as the aroma 🧡This is an extension of summer, and the taste is just right for this time of year 🧡. It's just like you'd expect from Kankoubai 🎶, which is easy to drink 🎶. It's not firm and juicy, but between refreshingly fruity and juicy 💕 Yummmmmm 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡.

I thought I drank "Kame no Umi Yoruyake Koyake" last year, so I bought it again this year. Last year it was in November! Is the season getting earlier this year? Now, I wonder how the autumn sake tastes like (՞˶֊˶՞) 🤍. It's still juicy, unlike summer sake. The sweetness is not rich, but it is deep and delicious. Yesterday, I drank a bottle of "Sanzen Sakura Summer Nigori" so delicious that I emptied it. When I was in Tohoku, I had an image of "Tobiroki" being rare and hard to find even in Fukushima, but when I came to Shizuoka, I started to see it here and there at Kuboyama Sake Brewery, and I changed my mind. I wanted to go to the event, but I was not going to be able to go out today because I had to prepare documents for work, so I apologized to the owner. I opened a bottle of "Tobiroki" thinking that it was a Junmai Ginjo, so I wondered about its ginjo aroma.) I opened the bottle thinking that it was a Junmai Ginjo, but the aroma wasn't that strong. The taste is white grape type with fresh acidity like white wine 🧡This is wine 💕It's not spicy, but it's not sweet either, just a slight sweetness that makes the mouth feel good. It's a refreshing white wine 🧡this is delicious 🧡It's not sour like Sogapère Ephis, it's a great Japanese style wine that's easy to drink.

This Sairai is different from usual 🧡. I smelled the aroma as soon as I opened the bottle. Oh! I was surprised at how different it was from the other bottles. This time Sairai is lactic acidic and yogurt type 🧡. Personally, I am not a fan of lactic acid type, so when I smelled the fragrance, I thought, hmm? Hmm? Hmm? But when I put it in my mouth, I found it to be (*ᴗ・*)وYoshi! This is good! The sweetness is quite strong, and the lactic acidic smell spreads to the mouth at first. After that, the sweetness disappears with the acidity.

It's been a while since I've had a Junmai Daiginjo from "Aizu Ryugasawa" 🧡. It's a Junmai Daiginjo, but at 1,650 yen for a 4-pack, it's extremely reasonable😍. I'm excited to see if it has an autumnal finish, as it is called "mentsu" (mature) ٩٩_5(*´expectation `*)۶. When I opened the bottle and smelled the aroma, I was surprised to find that it was the first aroma I had ever smelled in a sake 🎶My nose smelled like a milk ice cream bar 🧡It was the first time I had ever smelled milk ice cream 🎶(*^^*) I wonder if the taste is also lactic acidic since it is a dairy product type? This time Sairai has a rich aroma and a nice sweet smell 🧡. The taste has a light yogurt feel to it, with a touch of sourness or alcohol there, but with a refreshing sweet finish 🧡. This yogurtiness is just right ✨. Many yogurt-based products have a strong sour taste, but this one has no unpleasant yogurt feeling at all! I guess it's yogurt for adults lol! I hope you all try it too!

This time it's "Shinshu Kamerei Yamae Nishiki" ❤. This is one of the first Shinshu Kamerei that I drink 🎶. It's served in a wine glass so you can fully enjoy its aroma 💛 The fresh and gorgeous aroma tickles your nose 🧡. The taste is the most sour among all the Shinshu Kamerei so far 🎶. Shinshu Kamerei is characterized by its moderate sourness, yet not too sweet and easy to drink, but this Shinshu Kamerei has a lot of sourness 🎶 similar to the pineapple 🍍 of the "Hana-yoku" series 🎶. I like this one very much. When I open the bottle after two days, the sound of fizziness is amazing ✨The sweetness is even more, and the pineapple 🍍juice feeling is amazing ✨and the bitterness is a little bit more. But this is totally fine with me 🧡. Well, I would buy this again 🧡.

I decided to have a drink on Friday night, so I checked the Kuboyama Sake Shop's Instagram and saw that Sairai was in stock, so I went to the Kuboyama Sake Shop. Since it had been a while since I had been there, I had a variety of sake I wanted to drink, so I consulted with the proprietress. I had a hard time deciding, but this time I bought Senkou Organic Naturals ZERO, Sairai, and Tobiroki💛Tobiroki was not what I expected to find on the shelf. The fridge was full as shown in the photo, so I had no choice but to open the "SENKYO Organic Naturals ZERO" which can only be placed vertically. Now, this is my first time to drink "SENKYO Organic Naturals ZERO". I love Kame-no-o, and I'm looking forward to seeing how they put this nigori sake together💛. I love Kameo, and I'm looking forward to seeing how they put it all together 💛The light 13% alcohol content helps, but the aroma is refreshingly sweet, reminiscent of the recent "Kido Natsu no Shippu" 💛The taste is refreshingly sweet and bubbly, with an increased sense of freshness ✨I personally like that it's nigori but has fewer nigori-specific characteristics 💫✨.

Kido is a standard item at several of my favorite restaurants, so I have been putting it off... The moment I opened the bottle, I could smell the fresh sweet aroma from the bottle opening 💛. I came back to Shizuoka today, and after wondering what to drink I decided to open a bottle of "Gakki Masamune Kozo Aizan" (*^^*). It's Aizan, but I wonder how it would turn out if it's a Musical Instrument Masamune. P+:. Oh (*PO *)oh.... ::.+P Aizan has a sweet image, but this one has a nice sourness that balances the sweetness of Aizan wonderfully✨It's pineapple-y 💛. This is delicious ♡.

I bought this "Saku" at "Kuboyama Sake Shop" a long time ago. I had it stored in the fridge at work for a long time, but I thought it was time to bring it home, so I brought it back today when I came by the office. I thought it would be a bad idea if I didn't bring it home, so I stopped by the office today and brought it home with me. Now, I don't need to tell you that everyone loves "Saku" this time. It has a good amount of sweetness, but it also has a well-balanced acidity and a mild, fruity mouthfeel💛It's almost like Kamo Nishiki (*^^*). Today we have fruit, vinegared mackerel, Yamagata broth, and cold tofu 💛. This will take the heat away from me 💛
