Well, today's sake is "Saku Kananochi"! The other day, I bought a new bottle of "Saku" sake from the same store, so I thought I'd open this one as well 💛
The aroma is fresh and delicate, similar to "Akatake" and "Kaze no Mori" 💛
The taste is a very gentle fruit sweetness that spreads to the mouth, followed by a pleasant bitterness that disappears quickly!
