It's not as sweet as yesterday's "Senkou Hatsuban Nakadori", but the acidity is still there, so the sweetness doesn't linger in the mouth and it's cleaner and deeper than yesterday's "Senkou Hatsuban Nakadori" 💛I like the fruity flavor without the strong rice flavor 💛Shinshu Kameari is amazing✨. I'm not sure how I feel about this. It's also the kind of sake that you'll find yourself opening a bottle of in a day (lol).
