I forgot to upload "Sairai" lol.
There were two types of "Sairai", "Junmai Ginjo Usukiri" and "Tokubetsu Junmai", so I opened the "Tokubetsu Junmai" this time 💛
The aroma was sweet and nice 💛I wonder what this aroma was? It smells like coconut to me, but I've never heard of a sake that smells like coconut. I've never heard of coconut aroma in sake. I'm not very good at describing it...
The taste is easy to drink and gentle, with a coconutty taste on top of the sweetness, and the sourness follows later. Delicious 💛
