The last drink at Gastronomic Sake Boutique Ruyi was Jyushiyo 🍶. The first aroma is elegant and fruity. In the mouth, it has an elegant sweetness, umami and richness that is typical of Aizan. Jyushidai is always delicious. I wonder if they let me buy it once in a while: 😮‍💨 The third picture is Asukadera Temple, the oldest temple in Japan built by Soga Umako (but the building was burned down and rebuilt in the Kamakura period). The fourth picture is Japan's oldest Great Buddha statue in Asukadera Temple (also restored after a fire).

This is also Nyoi-san in Yamato Yagi. The initial aroma is faintly sweet. In the mouth, it is clean and dry with a hint of sweetness and umami. Like Harushika's super dry and Kushira's dry, Nara's dry wines are often not so light but have this kind of taste. I like sharp dry sake that goes well with sushi, but I also like Nara's dry sake that I don't get tired of drinking by itself 😘. The third and fourth pictures are mysterious stones called sake boat stones. It is said to have been used for pressing sake or for ceremonies, but I don't know much about it. I don't really know, but it has the word "sake" in it, and it's famous 😅.

This is also at Nyoi-san in Yamato Yagi. The initial aroma is faintly fruity. In the mouth, there is a deep sweet umami, which is typical of Omachi, followed by acidity. The umami was so rich that the acidity was pushed out a bit, but it was delicious. The third picture is Danzan Shrine, where the grave of Kamatatsuki Fujiwara is located. It is said that he was burnt down by Kofukuji monks many times. It seems that the autumn leaves have changed since I visited a week ago, and the shrine has been illuminated since last Saturday.

On the fourth and final day, we went to Miwa's Imanishi Sake Brewery. After visiting Miwa Myojin, the god of sake, we went to the Imanishi Sake Brewery head office. The onigomi in the photo is the new sake of Imanishi Sake Brewery, which we had at Gastronomy Sake Boutique Ryoi near Yamato Yagi Station two days prior to our visit. I was told that the new cedar balls are given at the Sake Festival on November 14 at Miwa Myojin. If there are any locals in the area, please confirm this. The first aroma is a faint scent of koji malt. When you put it in your mouth, it is dry with a hint of sweetness and a touch of sourness. This is a honjozo, right? It is not as good as the usual "samorosugi" or "mimurosugi". The man at Noboru Sake Shop in Tenri, where I stopped by on the way home, said it still had the old "samorosugi" flavor. Well, it's a good omen, I guess.

The third day was Miyoshino Brewing. On this day, we will tour around Danzan Shrine and Asukadera Temple by rented bicycle🚲 before moving on to the sake brewery. We took the Kintetsu Yoshino Line from Kashihara Jingu-mae and looked at the Instagram on our phones and saw a post on Hanaboe's account about a shipment of light nigori sake, so we were hoping to be able to sample it, but we were told that the product is only available to special dealers and cannot be drunk here 🥲. I was hoping to be able to sample some of the on-trade sake that had been posted on my account, but I was told that the products available only at the distributorship were not available here! So I ended up having 10 free tastings 😅. Thank you very much lady 🍶. The splash of Hanaboe shown in the photo was also served at Gastronomic Sake Boutique Ryoi near Yamato Yagi station. The top aroma is a faint sweet aroma of koji malt. In the mouth, there is a juicy sweetness from the slight carbonation and a refreshing lactic acidity. This is delicious 🍶.

Good evening, Pon-chan 🍶. I feel fulfilled because I was able to visit almost all the places I wanted to visit besides the sake brewery: ☺️ The sake tasting was just a little bit in a cup, but I got a little drunk 😅. I hope you will visit during the cherry blossom season 🌸 since Yoshino is close by.

Next is the Chiyo Sake Brewery in Gosho City. Gosho" is read as "Gose" but Kanto people cannot read it 😂. Kansai people cannot read "Gosho", "Goryo" and "Zesho" 😂. The brewery is not open for tours or sales, so we just looked at it from the outside, but next to the main building, it looked busy with shipping work such as label pasting. For some reason, the name of the restaurant does not appear in the "Select a place" section, but we got our sake at Josui, a gourmet sake shop near Yamato Yagi Station. The top aroma is faintly citrusy. In the mouth, there is a moderate sweetness and a sourness from the umami. The nose has a hint of citrus acidity. It is a dry sake that goes well with sashimi. I will buy this new sake when it comes out 😘. I didn't take any pictures of the food other than the sake, but the sashimi at Nyoi was fantastic. Especially the swordfish tuna was so soft and tender 🍶.

Last but not least, Kaze no Mori🍶. Kaze no Mori Ambassador Certified Store Limited Sake ❣️ Yes, even Abetaya doesn't sell it 😭. It's a Bodhi yeast yeast, but not sweet. It has a complex flavor unique to Kaze no Mori and is elegant and dry while retaining a fizzy taste. Sell it normally ❗️
