I'm not a big fan of Honjozo and I don't usually drink it, but the owner of the brewery assured me that it would be absolutely delicious.

The Macho series was originally named after the low-polished, high-protein, macho, and now this Oka Macho is half male macho and half female macho made from 80% male and 80% female Aiyama.

The owner explains that this is a trial brew from Nabeshima and will probably never be made into a commercial product using this method and will never be served again.
