Store Drinking. The color is clear. The aroma is a dry, ALC-like aroma. The taste is sweet and sour. Mature sweetness and tight acidity. The sweetness is watermelon🍉 sweetness. Is this a typical Aisan sweetness 🤔. It goes down the throat smoothly and slowly. The aftertaste is bitter and sweet ginjo aroma. The aroma made me think dry but the sweet and sourness surprised me 😳sake 🍶.

Jyuraku Taikoh Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Direct Kumi Drinking at Shinbashi's storehouse! It is called "Juraku Taikou". I've never had this brand. Sweet aroma. A little like plum.
