Label on the left. I told the shop that I liked it and they recommended it to me. Clean smell. A beautiful molasses taste in the mouth. The faint alcohol makes the mouth feel fresh. It was right in the middle of my taste buds. I usually don't order anything labeled as dry by myself, so this was a good tip-off for me.

Right label. Tsururei's Sanpai is rather rare and was recommended to us. The smell is a faint alcohol. When you take it in your mouth, the taste of rice and sweetness spreads freshly. There is an acidity in the aftertaste. It is a well-balanced sake that does not interfere with the food. The acidity at the end is a bit harsh, but I think it is within my favorite range. I would like to try it warmed up.

The label on the right. It is made of Shiga Asahi Rice. It has a faint smell of molasses. In the mouth, the flavor and sweetness spreads strongly. But it is pleasantly strong. It tastes a little like de-lamped liquid, but this may be what makes the aftertaste refreshing. I don't usually like this flavor, but I like this one.

The label on the right. It has a refreshing ginjo aroma. In the mouth, the apple-like flavor and sweetness spreads, but the moderate acidity finishes it off elegantly so the aftertaste is refreshing. It's fire-roasted but has a freshness to it that I liked.

Green label in the middle. You can clearly taste the sweetness and flavor on the tip of your tongue, but the aftertaste is refreshing. I could drink it easily as I like. The rice, koji and yeast are all made in Ibaraki, and the sake is full of local love. If I ever come across this sake again, I'd love to pair it with Ibaraki's cuisine.

Right label. It has a well-balanced aroma of faint sweetness and alcohol. The taste of koji and rice in the mouth. The principle of the principle principle, so we like it very much. If you taste it carefully, you will get a faint scent of coconut. It's massive but the alcohol content is good, so it's very smooth to drink. It is described as being made in a wooden vat, but there is not much woody scent and it is easy to drink. I searched for "short-stalked watafune" and found out it's a type of sake rice. The swamp of Japanese sake is deep and interesting.

left label A masterpiece that conveys the brewery's passionate desire to overturn the image of honjozo. A refreshing aroma with a good balance of sweetness, acidity, and aromatics! Sweet and sour, with a hint of bitterness in the mouth, like a grapefruit. Taste it carefully on the tongue and you will find a hint of coconut. It's not just the smell, but everything about it is refreshing. I'm not a big fan of Honjozo and I don't usually drink it, but the owner of the brewery assured me that it would be absolutely delicious. The brewery has some great sake called Shizengo, but I was pleased to see that they want people to drink good sake at an affordable price point.
