It's a draft sake, so you can see the carbonation bubbles. The color is almost transparent.
When the bottle is opened, it has an apple-like flavor. It has a mature sweet aroma.
The mouthfeel is slightly carbonated, as is typical of nama-shu, but it is mild. But it is mild.
The sweetness comes first in the mouth, followed a little later by sourness. It tastes like green apple.
It finishes without any change in taste, so it is very refreshing.

The color of the sake was light green, similar to the color of the label, and I wondered if it was like melon juice. I opened the bottle thinking it might be like melon juice.

I really liked the taste, so much so that I thought I should have bought a whole bottle.
I forgot it was oriental until about halfway through and drank it without mixing it, but when I mixed it, the Calpis taste came through and it was a different flavor.

Refreshing aroma! Lemon, citrus like 🍋.
The taste is also citrusy. It is not sour, but it is hassaku and kabosu. You can feel the sweetness well, but it's refreshing and spicy! Strange feeling ^ ^.
Good as a food sake, but I'd rather do it for a nightcap! tecoIf I had drunk this sake in 1980 when it was first released, I would have been shocked.
But now, 40 years later, I still have the impression that it is an old sake.
I'm not a big fan of sake that has a strong alcohol presence, but this Dewazakura left me with an unpleasant feeling of alcohol after it went down my throat. The addition of brewing alcohol was strongly felt.
It's a dry comment, but there are no special characteristics that stand out, and it gives the impression of being an ordinary ginjo-shu.
