But now, 40 years later, I still have the impression that it is an old sake.
I'm not a big fan of sake that has a strong alcohol presence, but this Dewazakura left me with an unpleasant feeling of alcohol after it went down my throat. The addition of brewing alcohol was strongly felt.
It's a dry comment, but there are no special characteristics that stand out, and it gives the impression of being an ordinary ginjo-shu.
I'm sorry for talking like I know what I'm talking about...
The rice polishing ratio is 50, and I thought the brewing alcohol was unnecessary, but it is also important to protect the methods that have been passed down over the years and the fans that have been around since it was first released.
もけけIt's cheap, less than 1000 yen, but it's refreshing, easy to drink, a little sweet, and cosy.
I'm satisfied with both cold and warmed sake. It's like a cheaper version of Kuroryu. I'd like to try the higher-end Kuroryu next! 蛇の目スマイルTaste level 4.0

The aroma is not that strong. The aroma is not very strong, but the fruitiness is really intense 🍎.
The sourness is slightly dominant, but a strong sweetness dominates the palate. The bitterness of the grapefruit and the refreshing acidity finishes it off nicely.

It has a full, sweet flavor that will make you feel warm and fuzzy!

When you drink it with a glass or a boar mouth, you can enjoy the change that starts with sweetness and ends with alcohol feeling. If you drink it with a tin inoguchi, the alcohol feeling at the end almost disappears, and you can enjoy only the fine sweetness.

Yikes! Mellow and delicious! The sweetness and flavor of the rice is pretty strong, and the acidity and slight carbonation do a great job, I love this feeling!
