Refreshing aroma! Lemon, citrus like 🍋.
The taste is also citrusy. It is not sour, but it is hassaku and kabosu. You can feel the sweetness well, but it's refreshing and spicy! Strange feeling ^ ^.
Good as a food sake, but I'd rather do it for a nightcap!
