Raw sake is best served chilled 😍Heat-aged sora is best served slightly warmer after chilling 😋10 year old sora is best served at room temperature😍.
Very fruity and the raw has a bit of a rough aftertaste😋.
I'm tempted to open the fire-aged sky too, but I'll let it age a bit longer😍.
I went to the liquor store I usually go to last week and they had 7 bottles of the Sora on hand, so I called the liquor store right away 📞

Sake Mirai is a sake rice developed by Takagi Shuzo of Jyushiro. And the sake that Takagi Shuzo technically trained is Hanamura😍.
