Raw sake is best served chilled 😍Heat-aged sora is best served slightly warmer after chilling 😋10 year old sora is best served at room temperature😍.
Very fruity and the raw has a bit of a rough aftertaste😋.
I'm tempted to open the fire-aged sky too, but I'll let it age a bit longer😍.
