The most famous sake in Aichi, Houraisen.
It's ridiculously expensive but ridiculously good 😋 last year I drank 2 bottles but this year I'm only going to drink 1 bottle 😆.
There are plenty of other cheap and tasty sakes out there too👍.
It's a totally different brew from Houraisen's Sora, it has a rich sweet and savoury taste like the one I drank yesterday 😋 It can also be used as a dessert sake like the one I drank yesterday👍.
My cousin's son and brother are coming over for a drink tomorrow so I'll try not to be too manachy today😆.

I forgot to post about my usual sake party the day before the Nagoya off-line meeting last week😅.
The next day at the off-line meeting, I brought a bottle of Horaiizumi empty bottle sake as a gift to kino.
And I brought the rest to the sake party to drink with everyone😆.
This year, I was able to drink a lot of Houraisen's Empty Raw Sake and Empty Hi-Rise 😋 I was able to get it at the liquor store because of the Corona disaster 😍.
Not sure if I'll be able to get it next year😅.
But I can buy a bottle of the fire-hardened one in November after waiting for 2 years so I can drink one 👍.
The nama-gara sake is a bit rougher than the hi-ire 😋 it has a unique bitterness to it that I can't get enough of😋.
The only downside is that it's expensive 😭 but that's the policy of the brewery so it can't be helped😝

It is made from 100% Aichi Yumesansui and has a high alcohol content of 18.5 degrees😝.
The aroma is similar to Houraisen Maka which uses Yumesansui😍.
It's a bit thick and tangy on the tongue like a raw sake 😋 it's dry and crisp 👍 it makes me want sashimi 😍 but today I'm drinking Narazuke. Narazuke is delicious😋
