Yesterday I️ made new sake from my saku.
I can finally drink it😋
I finally drank last year's new sake at the Kyushu off-line party the other day, so I didn't miss out on this year's new sake 👍.
The aroma is great😍 slightly sweet and fruity with a nice crispness that is typical of saku 😋 I bought a bottle and it was the right choice👍.
