It's not my anniversary or anything today, but I️ will be opening a bottle of this.
Houraisen's Sora (Kuu) 😍.

This is the third bottle of this season and the first one was shipped in April and I've been aging it myself 😋.
I've been drinking this for a while now and it's amazing😍.
I've been waiting for 2 years to get a bottle of the fire-aged Sora from the brewery 😭I've also reserved a bottle, but it's for November 2022🤣.
Raw sake is best served chilled 😍Heat-aged sora is best served slightly warmer after chilling 😋10 year old sora is best served at room temperature😍.
Very fruity and the raw has a bit of a rough aftertaste😋.
I'm tempted to open the fire-aged sky too, but I'll let it age a bit longer😍.
I went to the liquor store I usually go to last week and they had 7 bottles of the Sora on hand, so I called the liquor store right away 📞
I'm going to go pick it up tomorrow and buy both bottles 👍I know it's very expensive but I can't stop tasting it😍.
