I'm a Mikawa samurai ‼️Maruishi Brewery is called Futaba 😁. (I learned a little about ponzu from😗 It's a million years and three months too early to make a smug face, so I'll stop now. I bought it at a certain roadside station when I went to Aichi prefecture for work. I'm sure you'll be able to find something that will help you get through the day. This is where I met Mikawa Mushi😝. The taste.... It was sake! The only thing I found out was that after a little while in the mouth, it smelled like the straw of the rice paddies I used to play in when I was a kid, or like nuka (I'm just an amateur🤣). Thank you to Mikawa Mushi from Aichi Prefecture for letting me know that there is a sake with such a nostalgic taste😊.

Today's sake was recommended by the staff of a local sake shop in the neighborhood. If the color of the bottle is brown, it tastes like old-fashioned sake, if the color is green or clear, it tastes sweet and fruity 😅. I️ was surprised when I opened the package. I'm not sure how to describe it, but when you put it in your mouth, it's like sake, and after about 0.1 seconds, the Mitsuya Cider hits you... After that, the bitterness will kick in... It's like a grapefruit... Is it right❗️this expression🤣🤣🤣 The only sake I've never been to in all of Japan is from Kochi Prefecture and it's very good😊.

This will be your first check. I remember when I was in elementary school, my mother boldly used this sake as cooking sake without knowing the value of the alcohol. By the time my father found out, it was a full cup of sake... lol I remember my father complaining that Koshino Kanbai was a precious sake and hard to find at the time. The fruity sake of today is good, but I'd like to start with a sake that is true to the original Japanese style.
