Sake Mirai is a sake rice developed by Takagi Shuzo of Jyushiro. And the sake that Takagi Shuzo technically trained is Hanamura😍.

Oh! It still has a hint of Jyuoshiyo in it! Am I being too conscious?
The sweetness spreads gently and leaves a lingering finish. The sweetness spreads a little more gently in Hanaup. I'm not sure if it's because I'm too conscious of it, but I think it's because it's too similar.

I got a notification that Hanamura's Sake Mirai was in stock, so I bought it right away.
The aroma is a nice muscat-like scent and the taste is also muscat-like sweetness with a bit of bitterness left in the aftertaste, but it's a fun bottle to change 😆.

It has the typical Tsushimaya flavor and strong acidity👍It is thicker than Kiso Mikawa and the acidity at the end makes it tighter. I'm sure it will be great with strong flavored food😁.
