My wife and I opened a bottle of Nanaken sparkling sake that we had previously purchased 🍶 just in time for White Day.
The first sip was fruity and acidic, but as the sipping progressed, the sedimented lees mixed in and added sweetness.
It was like enjoying two different tastes in one bottle👍.

I thought it would be sweeter with the oriole pooling at the bottom, but personally I got the impression it was spicier ✨.

It has a clean taste with a concentrated umami flavor. The unique flavor of Omachi rice spreads quickly in the mouth ✨.
It is easy to drink even though it feels a bit dry on the throat, and I almost drank too much of it.
After all, it is hard to find a Yumachi that is not a good match for me 😊.

The highest quality sake🍶 selected by the president himself at Yoshida Sake Brewery.
We chose this sake for the year-end and New Year's holidays because it is sold in limited quantities with the president's own name on it.
The unique freshness of the mouthfeel is unique to nama sake. The slightly spicy flavor is easy to drink with a refreshing taste, and the sake was perfect for the special occasion of the year-end and New Year's holidays.

Nerima Kasuga-cho is Uemoten PB's "Sagata".
This is the first time for me to try "Sagata", so I can't judge the difference from the general lineup, but the freshness and fruity taste are both good!

I have been drinking out a lot lately, so I drank this sake slowly over the course of a week.
This is my first visit to Shinanotsuru.
First day after opening the bottle
The initial aroma is mildly fruity and sweet.
In the mouth, it has a full-bodied sweet-tart taste with a hint of alcohol, and it finishes with a slight bitterness.
3 days after opening the bottle
The initial aroma is the same mild fruit-like sweet aroma.
In the mouth, the alcohol and bitterness disappear, leaving a full-bodied, mildly sweet and umami taste.
I think I prefer it after 3 days 🍶.

Last year I bought a bottle of Kangiku's Aizan. It's a definite tropical sweetness.
Maybe it's the sweetness, but a little bit is not enough to satisfy me, so it's hard to run out. I like to drink it after dinner with dessert.
Thank goodness they don't sell out of Kangiku despite its popularity 👏I wonder if they make a huge amount of it.

I was attracted by the price of 1,100 yen for a four-pack.
It has a classic taste, but it has the flavor of rice and is suitable for a mealtime drink. The attack is said to be complex, but it may be quite refreshing.
I think drinking something like this with a meal, and then drinking something more elegant after the meal, will make you feel more satisfied.
