The pop-up sign at the store says, "Pleasantly smooth, slightly effervescent gas. The light nigoromi (a slight cloudy taste) also invites a cool sensation. Soft and refreshing taste made with super soft water.

Light scent of melon. My wife says "spring". It has a bitter taste. Food goes well with it. It is good with rice with salted yellowtail and sweetness. When paired with simmered cod (purchased at Himi's Tsuriya), the slightly strong melon aroma is removed and the umami flavor is enhanced.

The sake is not so sweet as to be -18 in alcohol content.
