Refreshing aroma of koji ✨ when you open it. Melon 🍈, melon soda, ice cream float 🍨, gorgeous but also sweet and delicious. It matches well with the seasoned pork thighs from Ebara Yakiniku No Soup. The sweet sauce also brings out the spiciness of the meat, which is also delicious.

Warmed to 40 degrees Celsius in the "Kanmakase" sake warmer under the supervision of Shinkame. The sense of rice is enhanced. But the umami does not spread.
