Refreshing✨, a bit of a schwarz, dry rum, gentle taste. Slightly yellow. Warmed up to 60 degrees. Warmed up to 60°C. More rice. The aroma is more acidic, but when you drink it, it has moderate acidity and sweetness. It goes well with gari (pickled mackerel).

Gentle taste☺️. Citrus 🍊Not western, but Japanese citrus ✨The umami is thick and sizzling 😆The pop up at the liquor store said it was fragrant, delicious and spicy. Indeed🤔I chose Tenmei as my sake to start off the year 2022👍

Junmai Ginjo ‾Sanhai Sunshine Yellow🌻
This is a very nice wine. It's a little bit melon candy with a bit of sweetness after the dry taste. It's good with marinated hijiki 👍 and also goes well with leba konnyaku. It's an interesting experiment in that it's a Yamahai, but it should be drunk chilled in the middle of summer.

A little sour✨. A little sour, with a sweetness of ramune, followed by an unexpectedly robust taste. It's a little sour. It has a sourness that is typical of yamahai, and a sake-kasu-like aroma. I'm not sure if the "ya" stands for yamahai or what.
