Fumotwi Juicy This is the second time. It was sweeter and less acidic than the last time I drank it. The acidity is not so noticeable. It's because the bottle was opened or not so long ago Is it because it is an individual? Characteristic? It's not sweet and sour. It's more like grapefruit with a hint of bitterness. I can't explain it, I don't know enough about it. I'd say the last batch was more popular. Well, I guess every drink deserves a second chance, right?

Shinomine Aizan Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake Sake that starts with umami covered with acidity and ends with bitterness. It is a typical sake of Aizan. Not too sweet, not too bitter, good with rice!

Kirakucho Sanpouyoshi Junmai Ginjo Dry taste with umami. The aftertaste is bitter. More lingering than expected. I like that it doesn't go out cleanly. Oh, do most people mind the bitterness? I like it.

Amabuki I Love Sushi Shinuchi Dry Junmai After a moment of umami, spiciness with sourness. Bitter aftertaste. Seems to go well with raw fish, In other words, sushi would probably go well with it.

Hyakurakumon Sakae Special Honjozo Special Honjozo? Honjozo with a special flavor. Aruzome with a delicious flavor. The taste is dry and has a bitterness typical of Omachi. Honjozo is not to be thrown away. It is rather good during a meal. It's a dry sake that looks great with food.
