It is mellow but rather sharp. I wonder if it was written that it was supervised by Jyushiyo.

The waiter and I had a lot of fun talking about how it can only be read as koushi, no matter how you read it. It is a very dry sake, but it is much easier to drink than so-called "super dry" sake.

Kashinshu. It tastes somewhat elegant because it is made with Onkyo's vibratory technology while playing classical music. I have a feeling. It's just a feeling. But it tastes good and sharp.

Too spicy. I was told it was the spiciest in Japan. Even if you like spicy food, this is too spicy.

A mellow, mild and gentle sake. Perfect for a mealtime drink. I wonder if it is made for the Ise-Shima Summit? I wonder if it is made for the Ise-Shima Summit or for people from overseas.

This is here after drinking Kuheiji's raw sake. This one has less bitterness and more mellowness. I personally think this one is more gorgeous and enjoyable to drink. Personally, I think this one is more pleasant to drink.

I found an open bottle of Kuheiji at my parents' house. My father said it was juicy, so I drank it, but to me it was more like the bitterness of fruit peels. It is said to enjoy the change in taste after opening the bottle, but did I drink it when it was bitter? It is tasty, but I think it is a drink that people may like or dislike differently.

Banana yeast sake. It's a catchy and quirky sake, but not something I'd want to drink every day. But when I actually tried it, I found a faint smell of banana and a slight banana-like aftertaste, but it was balanced without being overpowering. This is good. I found myself grabbing the last bottle left in stock.

At a hotel in Minamisanriku. Abalone and Iwate beef. Dry and delicious. A bit similar to Urakasumi from the same area, don't you think?

I love Nanbu Bijin. I usually drink special junmai, but this time I visited the brewery and bought this one. I like dry sake, but this one is mellow and has a nice crispness to it with a sweetness that stands out, and it goes well with meals. I think it is recommended for those who do not like Junmai Daiginjo. The photo was taken at a hotel in Hanamaki-Higashi.

At a ryokan in Shibu Onsen. My personal favorite because it is super dry. I think there are many people who are not satisfied with it because there is nothing mellow about it, but I personally love it. It is a perfect accompaniment to sake.
