At a ryokan in Shibu Onsen. My personal favorite because it is super dry. I think there are many people who are not satisfied with it because there is nothing mellow about it, but I personally love it. It is a perfect accompaniment to sake.

It says it's super dry, but it's surprisingly good for me. My partner said it was too hot. It's true that it doesn't have sweetness. The proprietress said it was difficult because there are many sake breweries and many competitors.
