I love Nanbu Bijin. I usually drink special junmai, but this time I visited the brewery and bought this one. I like dry sake, but this one is mellow and has a nice crispness to it with a sweetness that stands out, and it goes well with meals.
I think it is recommended for those who do not like Junmai Daiginjo.
