Purchased at a liquor store near Nakatsugawa Station.
It was a sake planned by young sake store owners in the Mino area.

I was curious about this one at Sake-no-Wa and was finally able to purchase it. 2,200 yen for a 4-goupe bottle is a pretty good price.
I had high expectations for it.
It has a hint of apple, but it is quite sweet. It is delicious, but I would prefer a more sour apple.
I think the taste of this kind of sake will change after opening the bottle and after a while, so I will try it again in a couple of days.

It was described as an adult lemon squash, so I was really curious about it, but when I drank it, it didn't have a squashy feeling, so I guess it was more like lemon water.
However, it is a delicious sake that is easy to drink and you can gobble it up. It is a quintessential Sengoku.

I wanted to drink a shuwa shuwa type of sake, so I bought this one from a local liquor store.
I was told to be careful when opening the bottle, so I opened the bottle a little at a time, but after about 3 minutes I was finally able to open the bottle.
It was the first time I had ever had such a strongly carbonated sake.
It was like a Ramune, but so easy to drink that the two of us finished it in one night.
