I was curious about this one at Sake-no-Wa and was finally able to purchase it. 2,200 yen for a 4-goupe bottle is a pretty good price.
I had high expectations for it.
It has a hint of apple, but it is quite sweet. It is delicious, but I would prefer a more sour apple.
I think the taste of this kind of sake will change after opening the bottle and after a while, so I will try it again in a couple of days.
