When we asked for sake, we were asked if we wanted the local Imabari sake or the Tohoku sake. Do you want Tohoku sake? I had no hesitation and ordered two gos of Imabari sake.
I was a little drunk, and the brand name was ambiguous, but I got a sake that seemed slightly dry.
