I am traveling. Since I'm in Okayama at the time. I bought 100% Omachi rice. I was happy to be able to buy it easily at the supermarket 🍶. It was a little sweet, but I chilled it and had it with dinner.

He bought it at a supermarket in Ibara City. It is from Takebayashi no Kura, but I wonder if it is a local brand. Junmai Ginjo made from Omachi and reasonably priced at about 1,200 yen. It's refreshing with a hint of sweetness. It is not like Omachi, but it is delicious! The store owner said that the sake bought at the supermarket is better than the sake bought at the brewery😅...

A cup of sake that was given to me It's not undrinkable, but but it lacks the elements of umami and richness I don't like the way it lingers on my tongue. If you drink it on the rocks with a little water it becomes much easier to drink.

Sake from Asakuchi City, Okayama Prefecture. Souvenir of Okayama drive. It is full-bodied, with a rich rice sweetness. The sweetness is replaced by spiciness at the top of the fluffy, full-bodied flavor. The sweetness does not make you dull. It is refreshing thanks to the sharp spiciness. How about if you heat it up? Hmmm. The sweetness that expands more pleasantly is irresistible. It also accepts thicker snacks well. It's so plump and full that it makes you feel relieved. It is good with heated sake.

ｸﾞﾘｰﾝｶｯﾌﾟといういかにもなチープ感が良いです非常に香りがよく感じられ、味わいもこくを含みジューシーさが深みとかは除けば非常に良い物件燗もそれなりにうまみ増幅甘味もきれいで、かなり気軽飲みには適していますかなりの売れ筋らしいですが納得紙カップで扱いやすいですし、安さ半端ないのがうれしいです安い物件は個性が少ないことが多いですが、これはこれ独自のものがありますね゜+。(*´∇｀)。+゜
