This is my first Gazan style, both back and front. I chose something that is not too amateurish. I don't feel the fragrance because I have hay fever, but I do feel fruity. It has a fruity taste, but it's very light and sweet. When I took a sip, it was very light and silky with a little sweetness and a little spiciness at the back of my throat. It is very refreshing, but rather light. It is easy to drink, but it is not short, and just because this is a strain that is not to my taste does not mean it is not tasty. Takeyoshi's dry sake. I had drunk it at a restaurant before, but I drank it again in one cup at home. The yellowish color is a mellow flavor with a sense of maturity. Ama ama, like a cold chrysanthemum, but with less total sweetness. It is not a bad thing, but the sweetness is a little sticky. After that, there is the umami (flavor) and astringency that is typical of Aizan. As I do not like too much sweetness, it is easy to drink because of its restrained sweetness and astringency for a Kangiku. It has a light flavor for Aizan, but it is delicious in its own way. I found a liquor I had never seen before from Raifuku that I like quite a bit, even if it is fruity. It's a jackpot purchase. It's silky but sweet with a strong sweetness and little clutter. This is a sake that I had been curious about for a long time, but it was a bit expensive and I hadn't had a chance to drink it. The aroma is mellow and muscat-like, typical of Hououmida. Surprised when I put it in my mouth! It starts with a molasses-like sweetness and a soft but sharp-edged impression with nothing unnecessary removed. While the sweetness spreads to the aftertaste, the astringency is gradually felt, giving a refreshing impression without lingering. First time chivalry. Before I bought it, I only knew it was a newspaper liquor. The aroma is apple-like. The moment you put it in your mouth, you get a gulp of umami! This is the top level of umami among all the sake I have ever had. At the same time as the umami, you feel sweet and sour, and the bitterness seeps into the back of your throat. This is delicious. I can't really explain it, but even though it's a voluminous sake, it doesn't feel heavy and is easy to drink. It is not too sweet among the umami bombs, but it has a good balance of sourness. I would like to try other Gikyo. 8.9

A snowman that I put to bed. This is the second one this season. It seems to have a slight yellow tinge. The opening schwash and pouring schwash seems to be a little weaker, but the schwash is stronger in the mouth. I bought this at the airport during a trip to Matsuyama. I bought it because I had an extra National Travel Discount coupon. First, I sipped it cold. I was able to buy Miyazumi nigori, which is reputed to be delicious, for the first time. When I opened the bottle, the lid blew off just by unscrewing the stopper. It was so shwashy that it almost overflowed, so I hurriedly tightened the lid and waited for it to settle down. When I poured it, I could see more of the great schwash. Without mixing the inside of the bottle, I drank the first sip with a light mixture of the first sips. The cloudy color is slightly white, and the aroma is like that of rum. When you put it in your mouth, it has a strong, fresh, juicy, sweet, but not sticky and refreshing taste. The aftertaste is long and lingers in the back of the throat. It's an adult's Ramune. Delicious. 9

I bought it because I thought it looked delicious in terms of image, although it was my first time to buy a clear Kirizukuba, Hatsu Shibori. It was not too thick even when mixed with Nigori-nagori, and was light nigori as shown on the label. It is very fresh and smooth, but has a strong sweetness. The rim of the bottle is sticky. The creaminess that is typical of nigori sake is not so great, but I think that is what makes it so mild. The aftertaste is astringent and refreshing, so it goes down smoothly. 7.9

I bought my first sake during the ongoing Nigolympics. When the bottle was opened, it was lightly poussed, and I started with the supernatant. It had a fresh, light grapefruit-like sweetness and acidity, as is typical of nama-shu. When I stirred it, it was even more gassy. It is of course creamy, but the sweetness is not so much increased compared to before mixing, and the impression is rather dry. However, the overall volume is strong, and while it is a dark nigori sake, it is refreshing and well-balanced. I drank it with fried chicken with lemon, and it went well with it because it was not too heavy. 7.5

I found an unfamiliar nigori sake and bought it. From the label, I thought it was going to be a sparkling sake, but it didn't sparkle at all. This alone was enough to put me off. I shook the bottle to mix the contents and poured it vigorously, but it didn't shrivel up at all. Label fraud...I bought it expecting it to be shwashy... The taste is not shwashy at all, but silky rice sweetness and 19% alcohol, which is strong in body, but not too strong and easy to drink. It was almost overflowing with sizzle when we opened the bottle, but we were able to get it to stop after three times of opening and closing. It was so sweet and sweet-umami.
