I bought it because I thought it looked delicious in terms of image, although it was my first time to buy a clear Kirizukuba, Hatsu Shibori.
It was not too thick even when mixed with Nigori-nagori, and was light nigori as shown on the label.
It is very fresh and smooth, but has a strong sweetness. The rim of the bottle is sticky.
The creaminess that is typical of nigori sake is not so great, but I think that is what makes it so mild.
The aftertaste is astringent and refreshing, so it goes down smoothly.
