Every year I look forward to the Hakusyu from Tedorigawa. I think it is one of the top-ranked nigorizake that can be easily purchased.
There was a warning on the bottle to be careful of spills, but when we opened the bottle, there was almost no reaction as in previous years.
We drank from the supernatant. It is slightly carbonated and has a hint of white peach, and the flavor spreads in the mouth.
When we drank the mixture, it was more acidic and more to our liking than the supernatant alone.
The cloudiness is quite light, so the yogurt feeling is very weak.
The overall impression is more cohesive when mixed, or rather a little more compact.
Hmmm, a little less my type than last year?
