It has a smooth texture with a hint of acidity. The lactic acidity, which is typical of Yamahai, can be felt perfectly, and it is very drinkable. It is not hard to drink, which is often the case with Yamahai. The umami aftertaste is a blast, and I like it very much. I drank it chilled, but I am looking forward to drinking it warmed up to get more umami. 8.5
