The three breweries that make delicious sake in Aomori Prefecture, Nishida Shuzo, Miura Shuzo, and Hachinohe Shuzo, have been exchanging their sake rice to make sake and compare them in a new project called Mitsudomoe. We were satisfied with its sizzling taste that goes well with fish.

Made with 100% Yamada Nishiki from Tochigi Prefecture. As you would expect from Ottersai, it's delicious! It has a nice aroma and is mellow and easy to drink. It's not a sake to be enjoyed with food, but to be enjoyed on its own!
