The first sake I ever drank. I was told it was dry but I didn't feel it that much. I paired it with boiled leek and it was the perfect marriage! Yamaguchi sake, yummy!
Got this from a junior colleague at work! The taste is gorgeous right after opening the bottle. It tastes crisp in a wine glass, and when paired with sushi, you can even taste the aroma!
Suginamiki was given to me by a sushi chef I know. This flavor I think it's a shame I had never picked it up before. A little spicy and thick. Goes great with sashimi!
Ichinokura Risshun Asa Shibori bought in Sendai. When I first drank it, it was refreshing and spicy. After a while, it's totally different! I love it!
It'll be another year before I see this taste again!
As it is called "super dry", it is spicy on its own! But it's great paired with Ankimo! I'm sure it was the owner's idea, because I ordered it on my own. I love it!
Water? It's so refreshing you'd think it was water. If you drink it on an empty stomach, you'll get sick!
Then I ate it with sushi, and the taste changed! It's the best part of sake.
This was my first time tasting it. It smells like white wine, but when you drink it, it's refreshing and goes well with sashimi. I was very satisfied with the owner's recommendation!
