Founded in the 5th year of the Genbun Era. Local sake from Gujo.
I had this Gifu sake when I visited Shirakawa-go.
It is sweet at the moment it touches your mouth, but when it goes down your throat, it is tangy and dry.
Jizake" has a nice sound to it.

My grandpa recommended this to me at New Year's.
He said it is a sake from Furukawa.
At first, it has a tangy feeling like carbonation, but the aftertaste is much cleaner and watery.
